,Unlike many other studio companies, our prices include the foundations and the electrical connection to your house, certificated by our qualified electrician.

Many of our studios are no higher than 2.5 metres high and these will not usually require planning permission

You can arrange to come and see one of our studios, built in 2011, in central Cambridge

As each building is bespoke and unique, it is not possible to provide a comprehensive price list but prices start at

£17,950 + VAT

This price includes:

• The foundations
• An internal floor area of 2 metres by 3 metres
• Exterior clad in Western red cedar
• High levels of insulation
• Powder-coated aluminium French doors and a window
• Plastered and decorated internal walls and ceiling
• An engineered oak floor
• “Flat” roof covered in durable, long-lasting EPDM
• Electrical connection to the house
• Four double sockets, six recessed LED lights and a Rointe radiator
• A six year guarantee
